Abstract

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. They are deregulated in cancer and stable molecules in tissues and biofluids. We aimed to identify miRNAs in the bile that can differentiate between malignant (PDAC and CCA) and benign pancreaticobiliary disease.
