Abstract
This paper deals with design, realization and application of an integrated circuit implementing four programmable Linear Feedback Shift Registers. Motivations for this work are given, along with details of the chip architecture. Finally, two applications are outlined, namely an automatic LAN traffic generator and a self-test system for digital boards.
