Dr Wang's research focuses on English criminal law, Chinese criminal law and comparative criminal law. She has published books and journal articles in both English and Chinese. Her English monograph on derivative complicity was published in 2018, and her ongoing work explores theory and limits of using the criminal law to protect privacy in the digital age.
