This report presents an analysis of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) webpages and diversity statements in UK higher education institutions. Our analysis mapped the presence of LGBTQ+ networks and STEM-specific LGBTQ+ initiatives, and examined the language used in different types of diversity statements, including broad statements and those referring to demographic characteristics.
