Cameras have a funny way of turning up when you least expect them - in offices, schools, car parks, bridal stores … The eye in the sky is expanding its field of vision. Spurred on by the footage captured of Jill Meagher in Melbourne shortly before her murder, the federal opposition has now promised to spend $50 million for more cameras.
