The hexane extract of the bark of Entandrophragma delevoyi yielded the known compounds azadirone, 14β, 15β-epoxyazadirone, 6α-acetoxyazadirone, 6α-acetoxy-14β,15β-epoxyazadirone, 6α-acetoxy-14β,15β-epoxyazadiradione, 3,4- secotirucalla-4(28),7,24-triene-3,21-dioic acid and two novel compounds, delevoyin A (3,4- secotirucalla-4(28),7,24-trien-3-oic acid and delevoyin B (6α-acetoxykihadalactone).
