Abstract
This repository contains the raw and processed data used to evaluate the effects of flow rate ratio (FRR), channel size, and flow dynamics on microparticle formation and uniformity. The dataset includes droplet and particle size measurements acquired via high-speed imaging and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for both 30 μm and 100 μm flow-focusing microdevices. These data support the analysis of droplet formation dynamics, particle morphology, and the validation of the predictive particle size model.
