Abstract
This work explores a data set consisting of seven semi-structured interviews with participants who engaged in divorce mediation. The data was collected during the researcher’s PhD project that focuses on the presence and the impact of the imbalance of the bargaining powers, from the parties’ perspective, during the divorce mediation meetings.
