Abstract

social listening animal health data science digital innovation information science

Conference presentation showcasing social media listening data analysis using large language models to investigate the online discourse from pet owners on the topic of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) use in pets. We analysed over 9,400 posts from 68 countries, providing a global perspective on pet owner experiences. This work builds on our ongoing research into digital animal health as previously presented at the International Conference on AI and the Digital Economy (CADE).
