Abstract
With the evolution from closed to open Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) compliance issues have become an important issue, as due to the openness non-compliance is often the optimal choice for the second mover in a reciprocal transaction. In this paper an extended "Court Game" that tackles this problem and helps to establish a compliance-equilibrium will be presented.
