Abstract
While putting together edited books such as this one comes not without challenges for the editors, the clear benefit is that there is just so much to be learned from the writing and knowledge of the individual contributors. Reading and editing the respective chapters it became evident that a number of different themes link these contributions, even if they appear individualistic and quite different from each other at first glance.
